Thriving Lives Co.

  • We offer land based and/or hydrotherapy consultations within Participants home, clinic locations, gymnasiums, public pools, private pools, and the community. 

  • Thriving Lives Co. works closely with other allied health professionals in the community to deliver quality multi-disciplinary healthcare for a vast range of medical conditions ranging from sub-acute injuries to chronic conditions, such as diabetes or cardiovascular disease.  

Initial Consultation (45min) – $126
Follow up Consultation (30min) - $84

Medicare Rebate
A Medicare rebate of $56.00 is claimable for patients under the Enhanced Primary Care Plan. This plan allows the patient to receive a maximum of 5 allied health sessions per year, or as advised by your general practitioner. Please see your GP before booking the appointments to discuss your eligibility under the Enhance Primary Care program.

Private Health and DVA
We are able to provide services for patients with private health and have HICAPS claiming available. We are also able to provide services to clients on a DVA Gold Card, if a DVA referral has been provided by a GP.

NDIS  FNQ Rehab is also registered as an NDIS Provider
